Room in great house Thornbury close to station in THORNBURY, Victoria for sale

We have a spare room to rent in Thornbury 5 mins to St georges rd tram stop,and 10 mins to Thornbury Train station ,the house and room have Wifi,timber floors,washing machine for clothes and comfortable furniture and lounge room,We also have a study with a seperate couch if you need to chill out or do some work,
The rent is payable on a wekly basis includes all bills and electricty ,internet and stuff
We have 2 friendly dogs who are great companions so you would have to like dogs or at least tolerate them ,they are well trained and good guard dogs ,but very nice
We are a couple both aged around 30 we are relaxed and just want soemone who is busy and friendly ,who does their own things but is able to have a chat and is easy to live with,We are pretty relaxed about a cleaning and stuff but need to contribute with vacuming approx once a month ,and wash your own dishes, Feel free to email or call for a viewing ,we probably would not consider a couple as we want to keep the house to 3 people max.******9578 + click to reveal
