ROOM AVAILABLE IN THORNBURY HOUSE. GREAT PEOPLE, CHEAP RENT.... in THORNBURY, Victoria for sale

Hey guys,
Our sweet place in Thornbury needs a new housemate ASAP! Place is available now. The bedroom is medium sized and unfurnished, and can quite easily fit a bed and other furniture such as a desk etc. Rent is 638 pcm, which works out roughly $150 per week. The rest of the house is fully furnished but anyone with stuff to contribute let us know because we may fit it in, otherwise we have plenty of storage out back.
We are both in our mid 20's and would prefer someone around the same age but it all depends on the person. Would love someone who is sociable, house-trained and enjoys all the great things Melbourne has to offer; and not here temporarily (minimum 3-6 months if possible!). No travellers or couples please.
The house itself is on a quiet street and close to transport and bike paths; plenty of street parking and not too far from Northcote Plaze, Fairfield shops, Darebin Creek and other facilities such as take-away, gyms and bottleshops etc. Bills are all split 3 ways for electricity, gas and water. We all try to share the housework and all that where possible.
About us:
- Scott: been here approx 1 year, originally from NSW, currently back studying Physiotherapy at La Trobe and works in Richmond, enjoys music, meeting new people and trying new bars; back in the gym and enjoying that, hope it lasts
- Kalista: been here approx 2 years, works at a college in the city and on the side has started running her own beauty business offering waxing and all that stuff I know nothing about! Originally from country VIC; enjoys family, travel and other interests.
